SARA BERRIMAN

Hey, I’m Sara Berriman founder of Train Smart Fitness. I have over 3 years experience teaching group fitness.
I am qualified in:
Level 2 fitness instructor
Level 3 GP referral
Level 3 PT is pending

I’m passionate about helping people fit exercise into their daily lives. I love connecting with people and motivating them to succeed in their health and fitness goals. Exercise should be accessible to all and fun!! This is what I hope to achieve through Train Smart Fitness.

EMILY COX

Hi! My name is Emily and I’m an instructor at Train Smart Fitness. I’ve been teaching for just under two years when I trained in Les Mills Body Combat. I wanted to train after I fell in love with group exercise as a participant. I now also teach Body Step and I’m training in RPM. I am a Level 2 qualified gym instructor. During the first lockdown when we weren’t able to do face to face classes I started making freestyle classes which I now really enjoy teaching at Train Smart Fitness. I really believe that exercise should be something you look forward to, find the right training for you and you can’t go wrong. I’ll see you in a class soon.

STEVEN MARSHALL

Hey everyone I’m Steven! I’ve been teaching group fitness for four years now. I originally started as a participant in classes, but quickly grew to love the group effect! I started off with an Exercise to Music Qualification and then became a Les Mills RPM instructor. After that, Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Step soon followed! I have started to teach some freelance classes such as HIIT and have just gained a qualification in HIIT STEP.

FEE

Hi, I’m Fee. I have been teaching fitness for 10 years now and have a level 2 in exercise to music and a BA Hons Degree in Dance. I teach a range of Les Mills classes including Sh’bam, Body Balance, Les Mills Tone and Body Pump. I also teach aerobics and legs bums and tums. I absolutely love teaching classes and helping people achieve their goals!
